- Hello!!!
I decided to write, myslef, this « about me ». I don’t have a crazy story of life. I grew up in a middle class family in Brazil and I studied Ballet and Music since I was a kid. It was a normal childhood with friends, injuries (inside and outside) with a normal family. My dad was a trade representative and my mother was an accountant. We had a dog!
I am a result of my experiences, my thoughts, my hurts, my friends, my views, my family, my every day life. I started to write my songs because, like everyone, I had a turbulence of feelings screaming to step out of me. I decided that I needed to look them outside of me and see better what I couldn’t understand. And here it is a piece of me, into my musics.
In my life I understood that I live for the feelings I receive from a stone to God. That’s the better way for me to learn and to see my possibilities, all of them. I have so many artists, in all their forms, that inspire me and even the ones I don’t like they are amazing too, because they make me think why I don’t like them and I create a respect for their art anyway.
I’ve been work with a lot of musicians in this music journey. My last partner Alex Oliveira (www.myspace.com/alexoliveiramusic) is, besides my friend, my bridge to the other sides of the world.
That’s not because he is my best friend but because he is my worst enemy when he must be. We push each other into angry, love, dark and, finally, light. This balance makes me be strong to find my horizons and I feel so fucking lucky. Alex is my first possibility to all my possibilities.
It’s definetly a surreal experience to show to you my music, it’s amazing to take a risk of hate and love. I keep thinking that you can listen to the musics and hate me so much or suddenly find yourselves thinking about me in the middle of the day. It gives me so much joy, even if you judge that I am not good enough I thank you for stopping by! For me it’s essentially good to be in your ears for 5 minutes, time can be eternal sometimes.
Well, I have no crazy story to tell you, I am a regular girl breathing music and learning with life. Actually I think I am an eternal search for a better self.
